Cipete no.5 is a three-storeys building. Each floor is its own 1 bedroom unit. The units are similar in design and layout but differs only in their size. Currently the first and third floor is available for rent.

The units area on the ground, first and second level are 70m2, 84m2 and 88m2 respectively.

The concept for Cipete no.5 is open space living area that are as much as functional as  a one bedroom landed house. The distinctive louvre windows facade are designed to let as many fresh air and natural lights in.  Infused in the design are the use of solid teak wood as doors and tables to provide natural warmth ambiance.

 

The bedroom is enclosed with a foldable doors that when fully folded merge both the bedroom and livingrooom area providing a sense of spaciousness. The bedroom also has a kingsize bed overlooking wardrobe with a built-in in TV holder.  There is a queen sized wallbed conveniently built into the living room TV cabinets. So guests are welcome to stay overnight and sleep comfortably.  There are plenty of cabinets storage around the loft. The kitchen are spacious with top table stove on an island and has large kitchen sink. Each of the lofts are also equipped with gas powered hot water and two units of air condition. Additionally, entry doors are equipped with digital door handle so getting in and out is easy and secure.
